Our team of highly experienced and qualified practitioners at Connecticut Kidney and Hypertension Specialists include board certified physicians (MD), advanced nurse practitioners (APRN), physician assistants (PA), registered nurses (RN), dieticians, social workers, and medical assistants (MA).
Every member of our team is hand-selected for their demonstrated expertise in kidney care. All of our providers pursue ongoing training to provide you with the latest advancements in kidney care.
We serve patients with kidney disease, kidney related diseases and hypertension throughout the northwest and central Connecticut areas, with five offices located in Waterbury, Torrington, Southington/Plantsville, Southbury, and Cheshire.
